Outlet Kue Lumpur Bu Tati

It has been 5 years since our first launched Kue Lumpur Bu Tati. We started traditionally without branding nor marketing strategy, just plain outlet and product. Surprisingly people would still stopped by and had a try, although people nowdays would rather judge foods by it's branding appearance, but quality never lied. Speaking of quality, we've got customer's reviews like "hmmm, i can tell that this is a fresh made product without the presence of artificial ingredients nor preservations". I meant, wow, there's actually people with that kind of ability out there. Usually old people said these. I feel sorry for younger generations today for not being able to tell the difference. These younger generations are confused, they can't tell which one is which because we had been surrounded by it 24/7, well at least 90% if i do say so myself.

Speaking of 5 years, our outlet were kind of look like this....
This view was taken one day before the renovation, we never get to capture it before because the view wasn't worth sharing, but the activity is worth to tell. Lets talk about the activity, behind that faded green board, there's bu tati herself was doing some serving action, probably getting the Kue Lumpur ready, because that side is where the stove was placed. On far right, you can see that transaction activity took place, it's where the customers made orders. Also there's Ibu Cenil serving Cenil. Speaking of Ibu Cenil, She's one of Bu Tati selected tenant, due to her commitment of serving quality, Bu Tati let Bu Cenil to filled an empty space in front of Bu Tati's Outlet, and it wasn't about renting space for financial benefit but for helping each other. Think about the karma or you can just call it symbiosis mutuality, Bu Tati is helping Bu Cenil to have a space for business and Bu Tati get variant of snacks to attract more people, it's like one stop snacks shop. The effort serves promising result, Bu Cenil get to attract loads of customers, even customers with higher status, like Bu Mentri. But it has been a great pleasure to serve our customers equally, after all we're all the same. 
This is how Kue Lumpur Bu Tati outlet view after the renovation, slightly better, and striving to improve more. And oh, that small black board on the refrigerator, that's the Klappertaart promotional board. It looks something like this.
